Marketing Graphics Coordinator - Commercial Real Estate

Department: Marketing
Location: San Antonio, TX

Position Title: Marketing Graphics Coordinator

Reports To: Marketing Manager

Employment Status: Full

Location: On-Site San Antonio, Texas

Key Marketing Responsibilities:

Creating and editing Pitch Books and/or Offering Memorandums in Adobe InDesign

Creating all general marketing needs as requested by brokers: Creating Listing Brochure, Maps, Adding New Listings to the Website, Costar & Crexi, Email Blasts, Linked-In Posts, etc.

Manage the company's online presence and marketing efforts

Oversee creative content development for social media, focus articles, and newsletter

Oversee all marketing, advertising, and other resources to ensure consistency with branding

Assist in email marketing campaigns, including company news, real estate listings, and other content

Procure and maintain contact data for various online and traditional marketing campaigns

Support the marketing manager in daily administrative tasks

Key Competencies:

Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)

Proficiency with online advertising, social media, and website content development

Working knowledge of various social media platforms for monitoring and advertising purposes

Ability to think creatively with proven attention to detail and work quality

Possess a passion and desire for learning and a proactive energy for getting things done.

Must exhibit professionalism in appearance and performance

Ability to communicate with employees, clients, legal counsel, and others professionally and effectively

People-oriented, dedicated to customer service, extremely organized, and attentive to detail

Exhibit pride in accuracy, organization, and quality of work

Ability to work independently and with a team

Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals

Ability to understand workflow, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and set priorities to meet deadlines

Administrative and marketing experience preferred

Education and Experiential Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or other related fields

Three to Five years experience in marketing, real estate, and/or related field preferred
